My facilitation work guides inclusive dialogue and decision-making across diverse sectors, from strategic retreats to global convenings and conferences. Bringing together funders, practitioners, and community leaders to move shared priorities into action.

Past Facilitations

Human Centered Design (HCD) and Co-Creation Lead

MOMENTUM - Routine Immunization, Transformation, & Equity (M-RITE) | 2020 - 2025

Co-Created and facilitated the consortium’s HCD approach to improve immunization rates in hard-to-reach populations in the Global South. Partnered with country counterparts and local teams to work with Ministry of Health staff, health care providers, community leaders, and caregivers on strategies to improve immunization rates in hard-to-reach communities.

Lead Facilitator

Friends of the Earth | 2025

Designed and facilitated a 3-day strategic alignment and planning retreat for a global agroecology community of practice. Worked with retreat planners to prioritize focus areas, retreat tools, and desired outcomes—co-created short-term strategies for the group navigating a politically-charged setting. Used insights from the retreat to recommend a longer-term strategic direction.

Conference Host

EF+Math Annual Conference | 2022

Conducted the conference in the host/Master of the Ceremony role. Facilitated plenary wellness breaks, supported conference organizers in designing meaningful community-building experiences, and co-facilitated sessions. The setting was a national math education and equity conference of over 300 participants.

Conference Facilitator

Nio Far Dakar, Design for Health Convening | 2019

Led one of five conference teams at a USAID and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation 4-day global conference that addressed key challenges for DesignforHealth practitioners. I led activities that allowed participants to experience the city of Dakar, Senegal, while also building community among each other. This event, called Nio Far Dakar, was an international convening of practitioners at the intersection of global health, design, and behavioral science.
